Exam is over and my holiday comes again and it became more merrier because of my most anticipated celebration which is the CHINESE NEW YEAR a.k.a CNY! This is the most important celebration for me, Chinese. This is the day where all the family members come together from around the places and have a gathering by having the round-table dinner or what we called 团年饭 in Chinese. This celebration is having in 15 days plus the CNY-eve. During the CNY-eve, we had a family dinner at a restaurant and waiting for 12 o'clock to welcome the year of Dragon.

Fireworks is the most important thing to be merrier in this CNY event. Without it CNY would not be completed. Unfortunately the government gave a restriction on burning fireworks around this country which gave the Chinese citizens a disappointment. Normally I could hear the fireworks and firecrackers started days before the day but this year seems very silence. However many people still put the fireworks around even more than than last year during the CNY-eve. I could even heard the fireworks and firecrackers popping around non-stop start from the night until the late midnight. This is what CNY means! I could feel the CNY aura with those pops.

Even so, we should be careful when playing this explosive thing. Very sad thing had happened in our area which involved a man killed when fireworks blew the head of a 26 year-old man in Luyang. I felt sad for this incident because he died just like that in such a young age. May he rest in peace..

Stop talking about unfortunate things now when it's CNY. We go back to the point.
During CNY, families gather around to have a reunion dinner. For me the Tan family, we had a tradition which to have dinner in each of every family members starting from my uncle since he is the eldest but not every members are having this. Only those affordable. One of the special dinner which held in my second aunt's house. We having Pen Chai (盆菜) or literal meaning which is Pot Dishes. It just like many different kind of dishes like prawns, vegetables, abalone, muscles, chickens, pork and so on to put into a pot. We eating like searching for treasurer because we could find another dishes below after eating the first level. Quite interesting.

Before we started to eat, we took a family pictures. This is mum and dad as well as my aunts and uncle of the Tan family.

Not forget the next generation which is my cousins. Actually the members are not only four, all other members are mostly grown up and have children. Their age gap is very far away therefore we're not very close to them. Only four of us are very close because our age are very close. Before that, we're just not so eager to talk to each other maybe because to shy or what. However now we're all in the teen age and maybe because of this we're became friendly enough and became close. I'm very glad to have a close cousins like this.

One is still in Canada and another one was absent for that dinner.

So the actual numbers of cousins are 18 members.

Quite a big family isn't? I haven't include those in below the next generations.

We did'n have this photography session since my grandfather passed away. It was almost ten years! After this session, I had a thoughts. Togetherness is very important in a family members so that we would live together in full of happiness. We should treasure the moment when we still together alive. So, don't make this tradition to be fade away in future.

For the next activity, my mum's friend had an open house with the highlight - lion dance.
This lion dance performance was from the KK's best team which is the Yick Nam school. The always have creativity and the high difficulty in their performances. Very enjoyed with it.

During this season, many shopping centers and tourist destination were decorated well in CNY theme. I found that the 1Borneo Hypermall gets the most beautiful compared to others.

I like the big boat and the big dragon.

Not only that, Gaya Street which is also called as Chinatown in KK were decorated with lanterns and there were performances and ceremonies for four days. It's full of CNY environment and many people gathered there to walk around the night market.

This is the taken in Promenade Hotel with 12 cute Zodiacs. Mum and I took pictures with our own Zodiac. Mine is year of Horse and mum is year of Goat.

Last but not least is to collect Red-packets or Ang Pows from house-to-house with my friends. This time we didn't visit many houses as last year. But with that, we wouldn't be exhaust of it. Anyway, we still enjoyed a lot.

Chinese New Year is the moment we gather together and closes the relationships among each other.
Therefore, I'm wishing all of you Happy Chinese New Year and be Prosper, Happiness and the most important be healthy always.

Hyuna's Comeback

Hyun-a, a member from 4Minute. What is the first impression when you mention her name? What is your though when you're looking at her pictures and MVs?

Definitely is her sexiness and hotness which arousing you into the fantasy.
Initially she was made her debut solo with the title song "Change" in 2010 with her sexy dance moves. Due to the provocative dance, the music video was rated 19+ and was banned in the live television programme performances.

After one year she came back with her first mini-album in the song title track "Bubble Pop!". Surprisingly the song became the spot light from around the world which proved in the number of 10 million viewers on the music video after few days of posted day.
Hyun-a's style still moves on with her upgraded sexiness in the MV.

This is what makes her become famous...the seduction of her hot body and the sexy moves.
This moves still okay for the guys, but what happens when you're keep watching the MV and saw this dance move...

That's really too over! It makes the guys into nose bleed! Touching and rubbing her lower parts?! Goodness! That makes her become more "cheap". Come on! She's still underage which is not appropriate to do such moves.
Still, the MV is partially banned by the Korea Communications Standards Commission for broadcasting it due to allegedly racy content.

Moreover, she continues her industry by forming a co-ed subunit with Hyun Seung from BEAST by Cube Entertainment which is called 'Trouble Maker'.

To make the intro for this group, the made a performance on the MAMA or Mnet Asian Music Awards. What was shocking when they kissed deeply during the performance!

This disappointed the fans of Hyun Seung. Netizens were making bad comments on that and even the Anti-Hyuna is formed due to that incident.

Later on, the album title track "Trouble Maker" was released and the music video was given the good comment and the number of viewers were broke the 10 million views. Subsequently, there's still a few dance moves which are sensitive to public.

After the few performances on the TV live shows, they were forced to change the choreography after the public and netizens can't stand of these allegedly racy content of dance moves.

Anyway, after a long performances by these couple, it seems they're matched and it's getting more and more supporter. Both of them were very close in personal life and they're really good partners.

"Trouble Maker" is a nice song and it is addictive to listen especially with the whistling in the intro. In conclusion, entertainment industry made many ways to make the singers to become popular including sexuality. This is a bit unhealthy for the public because most of the K-pop fans are the underage teenagers. This might affect them and may causing unwanted social matter happens.

Mesilau Trip Taken by Samsung Galaxy SII

Wee~ We went to Mesilau for a vacation again! Although it's not a public holiday, we managed to take a leave and stay at that cold place for 3 days 2 nights! My family and Carol's family are very close and we often hang out together. This time is our third time to go to Mesilau with them. We went back to our old place to stay which is the Philip Garden Chalets which is located near the Mount Kinabalu Golf Resort. It is a nice place for relax especially for those who are in preparations for tests and exams like me. I could relax myself as well as to study well in the good environment.

For the first day we arrived at afternoon and stopped at the Kundasang Market to buy some vegetables.

There's beatiful flowers sold there but we would not able to bought it home because it may wilt when we back home.

We arrived at the Philip Garden Chalets and waiting for Carol's family to arrive. While waiting I took some pictures of mountain view like the Mount Kinabalu. We had barbecue for our first night dinner but I have forgotten to take pictures on it.

This cute little girl is Rainisa or we called her Tung Tung. She's Carol's niece who is 1 and a half years old. Doesn't it looks sweet when both grandma and granddaughter looking at the phone together?

What an adorable scene...awh...

Besides the mountain view, I've took some beautiful flowers around that place as well.

I tried some paranormal type of photo taking effects and it's awesome! It's a combination of few pictures along and become into one. That means I can take a wide distance view.

Before we leave, we took a family photo.

Next, we have a visit to some resorts to decide for our next trip to stay.

First stop - Dram Land near the Desa Milk Farm.

We can see the whole valley and Mount Kinabalu which is breathtaking. That's why I use paranormal effect to show the whole view well.

This is Carol's father and he's making the promotion on this resort by making his tempting pose...hahaha.

Next pit stop - Kinabalu Pine Resort. An award winning resort with the best resort and best environmental resort because of the place is full of pine trees. It also has the European-liked feel with the wood houses and chalets. It's a recommended place to stay.

Last one is the Kinabalu Mt. Lodge. We found it without purpose along the road near the Kinabalu National Park. This place is in the middle of jungle and it's really feel like we are in the Jurassic world. This place is very suitable for families and it's a backpackers' choice. The prices are cheap and the environment is nice!

They got Double Bed Room with RM169 per night.

For Japanese style room costs only RM120 per night. For single bed room only cost RM86.

You can have barbecue here or you can cook yourself in the kitchen. If you don't want to do so, you can ask the staff to cook for you by paying RM7 per person for each meal.

Here is the Nabalu which is the halfway to Kundasang. When we went up there 3 days before, we can't see the Mount Kinabalu at all. But this time before we leave, we managed to see the almost fully viewed mountain. This is the last place to visit before we got home.

I can't imagine that the quality is good enough and not lose with the ordinary digital camera or DSLR!

I'm really impressed on the graphic quality on this phone.

Maybe next year will go there again or perhaps I'm going to climb and conquer the mountain next year February.

Kundasang Trip With CF Members

Looking at my last post...WOW! It's been two months for not posting something on my blog! Really...I'm very busy on my school's activities. Assignments and tests strangle me a lot until I'm hard to breath~ Long SIGH to express my feeling...

In between the busy life, I was able to relax myself by having a Kundasang trip with my Christian Fellowship members. This time we had three days two nights staying there compare to two days one night on last year which was more rush on activities. We stayed at the same place which is the Buntu Tuhan Retreat Center.

I've taken a few pictures on the beautiful view of the place.

This is taken when we're in the bus. The fog surrounds the Mount Kinabalu and it is a great phenomena.
Really want to praise our God's marvelous creation!

We went to few places to have a visit and we took many group photos in each places we stopped.

First is the pit stop on the halfway to our destination.

After we dropped our luggage in the Buntu Tuhan, we straight went to the Mount Kinabalu National Park.

At night, we had our meeting for sharing...

Although she's not teaching me, we're quite friendly...she's quite a DIVE for me...lol

Second Day....

Next stop is Sabah Tea Resort.

Unfortunately we didn't managed to have a tour there because it is public holiday. But still we manage to have our enjoyable time taking pictures in a such nice tea farm view.

Without wasting time, we straight went to the Poring Hot Spring. Some went to soak into the hot spring and some went to the water fall.

During the last night, we took pictures on our room 300. These are my roommates: Jonathan, Benjamin and Terrence.

We had our small party to celebrate as well...

Before we go home...we took our last group photo.

Not forget to take pictures with the Christian Fellowship Committee members and lecturers.

Although I've been Kundasang for many times, but every trip has given different experience for me. I'm really enjoyed during this trip because we had been closer with the juniors and mostly with the seniors ourselves.

There was a argument among the committee members during the discussions on this trip. We didn't expect that there's a over-listed on people joining this trip. We afraid we can't handle many people and we had transportation problem. We suggested to kick out those who are non CF members but Joshua didn't want to because he want to use this opportunity to let them know about Jesus.

Thank God after many problems solved and we're still taking the whole batch to the trip. Surprisingly, the people were so well-behaved and we're no problem to handle on them. We had a easy and enjoyable trip with them and knew more about the members.

I'm very thankful to all the committee members especially Joshua who had huge passion on this trip as well as Mr.Tsen and Miss Karene who gave support on us to organise this trip.

Lastly we thank God for helping us a lot.

Praise the Lord that many non-believers felt the God's touch. I hope that God will continue to bless them and let them accept you as God. Lord, please be with them always so that they can accept you as Christ.

There's a new shop at Ground Floor in 1Borneo.

It sells various flavours of frozen yogurt which is slightly similar to ice cream but the taste is totally different.

It is located at in front of Starbucks and it's easy to find.

They sell in the price of RM6.80 per grams.

There's a way to buy this frozen yogurt:

Step 1:

Choose the size of your cups.

There's many kinds of cups to choose...small, medium, large and extra large.

Step 2:

Fill yourself the frozen yogurt from the machine.

There's many kinds of flavours to choose and you can mix into it.

You can get as many as you can but you have to consider the weight as well.

Step 3:

Fill your favourite toppings such as fruits, chocolate chips and so on.

Step 4:

Weight your frozen yogurt in the cashier and they'll tell you the price.

Be careful not to take too many cause it may cost a lot!

The taste is very delicious and it is very soft and creamy. You can taste the strong yogurt taste on it.
So, for those who doesn't like the taste of yogurt, I'm so sorry for that...haha...

Kasih Sayang Resort Trip With Praise and Worship Team

15th September 2011

This is my another trip after the Labuan trip in holiday. This time is the special day for our church's praise and worship team retreat at Kasih Sayang Resort at Kokol Mountain near Manggatal town. We were staying for two days and one night at that place. It takes just an hour to arrive from Kota Kinabalu. It's a good place for retreat and relax to get a cool place because the weather there is same as at Kundasang. For those who wanted to find a cold place like Kundasang and have a great view of Kota Kinabalu city and sea asa well, this is a best place to stay!

You can see the fantastic view of the Kota Kinabalu city as well as the South China Sea. At behind you can see the Mount Kinabalu as well.

We arrived that place at 8pm and we had our dinner when all the members were arrived.

The food is nice and we can eat all we can!

This is our room for guys...the room is big enough to occupy 10 persons. It's quite comfortable there with all the facilities.

We can see the cascading night view of the city from the window.

Later on, we had our small meeting at the conference hall.

I drew this for fun. It's written "We had hour vacation...play in fun..."

Surprisingly, we served with supper as well. We really full at that time.

16th September 2011

In the next morning, the city view in dawn is also nice to see and enjoy the environment as well as the fresh air.

Good news in holiday!

This is my last week of my holiday and I'm just continued my job just after my holiday in Kundasang and Labuan in my previous post. I really enjoyed a lot and in a fully relax mood. After that, I have to continue to work and earn my income. Tree weeks has been over and be prepare for my second semester of my second year in my College. I'm excited into it and get ready to strive my best in my next challenge.

There's some thing really surprised me in these days. One is...I've a new hand phone! It's my desired hand phone! - SAMSUNG GALAXY SII!!!

My mom suddenly wanted to buy it for me. I could not believe that I'm really owned the phone! I can't make my mom in burden so I pay a part of amount of it so that it'll give me the responsibility to take care of it as the owner. Really thank God for that. May God bless my mom in health and may my parent's business will be prosperous. Amen!

One more good news to tell, I PASSED MY TEST!!!
Although my results were not as good as my first year, I'm still glad that I passed this though exam.
Seriously, the exam was really hard and was thinking to fail it especially the Financial Accounting. During that time, most of the candidates did not finished answer the questions. Luckily I was able finished it on time and I did not review and check the answer at all. I just put my faith on it. This time's result made my CGPA dropped from 3.45 to 3.2788. This made me unhappy on it because it's important to maintain the numbers in order to get safe in the next semesters as well as to continue loans and get scholarships.

Anyways, just thank God for what he blessed me!

For the next semester, better be more hardworking!

Busy Holidays - Kundasang and Labuan Trip

After a week of examinations, finally I have met the day I'm waiting for which is the HOLIDAY! This semester's holiday is longer than before because the exams finished early due to the Hari Raya celebrations and National Day. This makes the normal holidays of 3 weeks to become 4 weeks or a month! This time's holiday becomes more interesting and best to relax myself. Just only the first week of holiday, I went to two places continuously which are Kundasang and Labuan.

30th August
I went to Kundasang again with my friends for two days one night. This time we went there with two more families to share a house. So this trip became a big group trip. We went up early in the morning and got a rest in the middle of the journey.

We did not get bored because there were many Sabah's Crafts and Souvenirs sold there. It is a good place for buying something which is memorable. It's quite cheap there especially for Malaysian price.

We were waiting for the two families to join us and it takes so long in that pit stop.

Later on, we arrived Kundasang after two hours. Now Kundasang is in a good condition and become a beautiful place after the road pavement and beautification. I believe this place will become a popular destination in the future.

Later on we found our place we stay. It's a house in a village with fully furnished and kitchen utensils. It's a good place for family trip or in a large group. It is placed beside the mountain makes the cold breeze blow to makes the house like an air-conditioned house.

After settled our things and have lunch, we went to the Desa Milk Farm to see the milking process.

That day was holiday so many people went up to the mountain for holiday trip. This makes the Desa Milk Farm became so crowded until all the milk there were sold out in a split second.

It was like a war of the milk buying. Grabbing the milk until it finishes, squeeze into the counter and pay for it as fast as possible. They're not taking a milk only but taking a bunches of milk! It's just like a year end sale in a supermarket. This scene is epic!

Kundasang is a best place to take a romantic wedding photograph because of the gloom flowers as well as the green grasses.

It is also a place to take a happy group photo as well!

31st August

On the next day, we went to Poring Hot Spring before we went back our home. It's a public holiday also which is the National Day, so it's not surprising the place was full of people especially Malays. They're having picnic and swim there. We did not want to get into the crowded place, therefore we walked deeper inside the place to the waterfall.

It's a quite fun trip and we went crazy when playing in the house or the waterfall. We really enjoyed very much since this trip is with many of my friends. I was so tired after went back home. I had to get an enough rest in order to get prepare for the next day's trip - Labuan.

1st September

After a night rest, I got ready to my next trip which is Labuan. Consequently, Ken had just finished his camp and ready to go back to Labuan. I follow him to go there because I was staying at his house. We went to Menubuk by bus first for 2 hours but it's delayed for an hour. After that, we took ferry towards Labuan because Labuan is an island. Same day as the previous ones, it's also a public holiday. It's obvious to see many people and cars on the ferry. There were no place inside the passenger area therefore we stood on the rooftop and looking at the view.

It's night already when we arrived Labuan. Aunty Betty picked us up and we reached the house after dinner. The family members are very friendly and good in hospitalise me.

2nd September

Ken and his sister Zhi Zhi acted as my tour guide to let me see the places in Labuan. I drove Aunty's car and almost went around the whole Island. Fist of all, we went to the Peace Park at Layang Layang.

It is a place where the Australian Army Force's last place to defend the Japanese Soldiers during the World War II. After the war, the memorial park was set up here in rememberence on them. The park is beautiful and it's a good place for relax and have a picnic with family and friends.

Next, we went to the Labuan Museum to have a visit. I learnt the history of Labuan and how it's developed. From the Brunei's rule until the Independence of Malaysia. It's quite a good knowledge for me.

Next stop, the Botanical Garden. It's built 10 years ago and it was a beautiful garden before with water fountain and swimming pool. Now, it was abandoned and just left the jogging track. Luckily people still using this park for jogging.

Last we went to another recreation park by the beach near the Sports Center. This place is nice with the amazing sea view. It's a good place for BBQ or picnic or other activities with family. Such a nice place!

3rd September
The time where I returned to Kota Kinabalu. This time I was not travelling by ferry nor bus. Aunty Betty got a cheap air ticket for me to go back. I'm really thankful for what she had done for me. The family really treated me very well with food, accommodation, travel and many more. I would like to thank them for a such great hospitality. I would like to visit there again next time!

Last but not least, this is what I bought from Labuan. Labuan is a tax free pace with Chocolate, Liquors and Perfumes. Thus I won't miss this chances as well!

I bought many chocolates, CK Perfume, Miracle Perfume, Wine and Swing Wisky with a cheap price!

So, please mark your calendar on the trip to Kundasang and Labuan. It's a good place for releasing your stress and have fun!

Part-time Working Experience

While studying in my first semester in second year, I'm also doing my part-time job recently in a Korean Restaurant named Korean Supul which is located at City Mall, Kota Kinabalu.

This restaurant have been working for one year and just changed the owners recently. My church friend were working there before and I had a mind to give a help since there is not enough of workers. Thus, I decided to work as part-time waiter there. That's good for me because I can earn my extra pocket money as well as to gain experiences; kill two birds in one stone!

I would like to describe my co-workers there starting with my boss, Mr Kim De Ki, he's one of the owner of this restaurant in stead of Mr Cho. He stays and look afters the restaurant almost the whole day. He's a very kind person and with interesting character. He would not scold us when we do anything wrong. The funny thing is when he wants to learn Chinese, with his Korean accent pronunciation. With him, I can exercise my Korean with him and make it perfect!

Next is the workers in kitchen. There is only one chef with a assistant together with two cleaners.

We have four waiter and waitress including me, Abbie a Philipino, Sue and Debbie who is also a Korea lover like me. Debbie is ex-classmate of my church friend, Kelly. She's very good in Korean because she took classes on it. So we can communicate in Korean sometimes during work. Sometimes it's very useful when wanted to get rid of knowing by the customers.

When I was first starting my work, I'm a bit forgetful to serve something such as togs and scissors when serving the Korean Pork BBQ. Sometimes I had forgotten some order and tends out scold by customers. There is one time there were a Cantonese speaking couple which I believe they're Hong Kong tourist. They ordered Set A-Pulgogi, they wanted beef and I gave them pork. They wanted just one set but I gave them two sets. After taking the bill, she straightly complained for what I have done. I could not do anything but just keep apologise her. My co-workers comforted me not to be upset. I was good enough by just getting this kind of complaint. They told me how worst they have experienced, so for my case, it's just an ant bite.

There is one funny thing about the communication problem in between waiters and customers especially Korean customers. Some customers speaks Korean with us and some wanted to speak English and Malay with us. Here's the problem comes. Their poor pronunciation made us confused sometimes whether they are speaking any language. For example, one Korean customer asked something like "Dasi". We thought he's talking about the Japanese Dashi.

After that boss told us it's "Nasi" which is Rice in Malay language. That made us speechless.

One more thing. There's another Korean customers kept asking us to get something for them like 고주(Go-ju) - Chili Pepper, 파(Pa) - Onion and when she asked 부추찜(Pu-chu-jjim), we did not know what was that. Luckily the kitchen worker knows it which is mixed and sliced raw vegetables. Not only that, she asked one more 재떨이(jae-ddoli). We thought it was something edible. We asked the kitchen workers but they had no idea. I asked Debbie and she also did not know. Then she called her Korean friend asked for meaning. In conclusion, it's not something edible. It's an ashtray! What a shame! We really felt awkward on that.

There is one thing that I want to share about. It's about the Transformation action in my restaurant. I learnt to bless people instead of complaining and nagging people. It's good to bless people and the market place because this is what God wanted us to do. Last Tuesday when I worked during the night-shift, I was just gave a simple blessing by saying "촉복해" which is "to bless" in Korean. Unexpectedly, the customers kept coming until the restaurant was full. Abbie told me that this is the most customers since she worked here. I was shocked for what had happened because I had experienced the Transformation which done by God. Thank God and Praise the Lord!

In stead of good news, there is a bad news. There's a fight happened in between the big boss and ex-boss. This incident was told by my friend because I was not on shift during that time. The ex-boss did not settle the electricity bills and water bills for months. He came with the bills and asked Mr Kim to settle it for him in majority amount. Mr. Kim does not want to be responsible on it and the person rushed into the kitchen and took away two buckets of vegetables. Mr. Kim stopped him and called Mr. Choo which is the big boss to came over. The boss came and argued with that person. The quarrel became getting worst and the boss slam him down the ground and stepped his head! Everyone inside the restaurant were shocked and stunned when suspected the whole thing. Mr. Choo could do this kind of action because he is a Black-belt level in Taekwondo. Luckily I was not in that scene. I do not know how express myself when I watch this incident with my own eye. May God bless them.

In conclusion, this job gives me many experiences and helps me in my social life. Hope God can help me in any circumstances and bless me always. I wish I could earn as many mo

ney as I could and if possible, I would buy a new smartphone Samsung Galaxy SII!

Busy + Procrastination = Exhausting

After my last post which was talking about how tough will be through in this month, I'm going to emphasise it more about how busy I am recently. Compared to my last post, those are not consider as busy enough as I went through these days, which is a FULL BLAST ASSIGNMENTS to catch up. Suppose the assignment was given 5 weeks ago and we have enough time to do, since the upcoming tests for three subjects in the continuous weeks makes us not able to start on our assignments but to more focused on the tests. Just after all the test is over, we found that we have just one more week to finish and need to submit on Friday.

Hmm...Friday? It's relates to the song "Friday" by Rebecca Black. I wondering how she can be popular just because she sings what we are doing in the daily life. Just one thing missing, the life in college. It must be very good to sing isn't?

One comment in this photo, isn't suppose to be "Oh! Friday is the Dateline!". Isn't great the song lyrics make it to something related to assignments, college life, cheerleaders and etc? Sorry I've no talent on making songs. Haha.

Yeah right! Friday is the DATELINE and the TIME IS RUNNING UP! But I have a feeling that my team could finished it in time.

Luckily, one of the lecturer gave us a week of delay on submission so that we would no too rush on it. Although the submission date is extended, all of the assignments are needed to be uploaded and checked by the Safe Assign.

Safe Assign is a program that able to check and compare whether there is a plagiarism exist in a certain writings. Citation and reference is needed to prevent plagiarism.

Back to my topic. Since the safe assign is needed to be uploaded on Friday, this means that all the assignments are need to be done before that day. That did not make a difference. Thinking about it, by extending the date, this would give us more time to prepare our Power Point for our presentation for the Entrepreneurship. Besides, I need to be thankful that all of the assignments are done within the date line! On the other hand, the report on Safe Assign did not over the failing rate of 10%. Thank God!

Gonna concentrate to the last one! Full of papers. All are my work of assignments.

Why I am busy? It is because we procrastinate it until the end. So, what does procrastinate mean? According to Cambridge (2011), Procrastinate [ /prəʊ ˈkræs.tɪ.neɪt/ ] means to keep delaying something that must be done, because it is unpleasant or boring. Mostly people nowadays especially teenagers are favourable to do things in delay because they are lazy to have a first start. This bad habit could causes many unsatisfactory by other people and gives the bad impression for them. Luckily my procrastination level is not very serious at all, thanks for my group members who encouraging each other. I would like to thank my group members like Shirley because she really helped me a lot from the first semester until now. She's like my working partner.

During these days, I have not enough sleep which doing the assignment just after school until almost 2pm everyday effect my heart to study in the next day.

Anyways, this experience has been over just in the moment. This means that this matter will happen again during the continuous semesters. Therefor, it is important to do things done early and no more procrastination. Say NO to PROCRASTINATION!

Tough Months

Sorry for a late posting. By looking backwards, it's been almost a month a way until now. It's just because after the trip in Kundasang last month leads the starting of my new semester of my second year. After my one year study in the College, I'm feeling that I am in the right pace and going smoothly. Stepping into the next year is getting more challenging because it will become tougher than the last year. The 1st semester contains Financial Accounting subject in a more higher level which is my weaker point. This is the fist time for me for not understanding most of the subject.

I am in a hot soup which I'm afraid of spilling the pot off. After my 1st Test in my Financial Accounting subject, I'm sure that I could not make into the safe zone. I was good during that time but in the end I could not made it because I forgotten some formats which cost a lot! I was very frustrated and disappointed. Up coming test is in the corner for Basic Taxation which is okay for me and Principal of Finance which is also one of the killing machine towards me. It is because this subject needs more understanding and Financial thing is a bit confusing. Even my top-student friend is also not into this subject. Although it is objective, without understanding and mastering it, failure is possible.Not only test, Assignments packed around me pressures me into the limits.

Especially the Business Plan for the Entrepreneurship Subject. Making a Business Plan for me is a interesting for me but getting a new idea which is one-in-a-million is almost impossible unless I'm a born Entrepreneurial person. But thank God that we got up in a new plan after many times of rejection by the lecturer. Finally we can start our Business Plan. Two more assignments and four more tests to go. Please God bless me and give me intelligence so that I can get well in this semester. Amen!

For few months I was catching up on a person who is very talented in dance on the Youtube. His name is Derren from Australia. He had no taken any dance classes and he's able to make dance covers in a short time. He had made many covers on his Youtube channels and got over 9000 subcribes. I was accidentally discovered him when I was looking for some dance covers to learn some K-pop dance moves. Once I found him, I was attracted by his talent and he's quite a good looking guy. He's really a interesting person because of his funny character.

By looking on those covers, I was wondering how I'm gonna be if I'm able to have a talent to dance and be famous on the web. By thinking of dancing, I was reflected to my last time of my dancing experience- the dance competition and performances. I missed those days... I heard that the K-pop dance is coming soon and my friends got starting in new dances but I'm not able to join them because I'm busying on my studies. Philip Garden Chalets Messilau

Philip Garden Chalets is a home-concept holiday vacation accommodation. It is located at Mesilau which is about 100 kilometers away from Kota Kinabalu city. It takes 2 hours of drive to arrive the destination. Around the place, you can take a visit to the Mesilau National Park by going forward the road for 15 minutes. You also can have an extraordinary ways to play golf in the highlands which is at Kundasang Golf and Country Club. Besides that, you can visit the Desa milk farm to experience how the milk is produced.

This chalets are made up from a container. There are four rectangular containers and one doubled-storied container. Outside the container there is a wide place for parking. So you are able to park many cars there. The place is very safe to stay because it has gates around the area. The gate will close when it reaches night time. All of the containers have a balcony to let you enjoy the beautiful scenery of the place. You are able to have a Barbecue(BBQ) outside after you have informed the operator earlier with a charge of RM20. They sell many things from charcoals until toothbrushes just like a mini grocery stall which give convenience to the customers.

Inside the container there is a big living room with multi-purpose kitchen. You can cook at ease there because it have fully utilised with kitchen utensils. The only thing you need is to bring your own cooking materials. In addition, they only provide 12 plates, bowls, cups, forks and spoons so if you members are more than that amount, you are required to bring extra one. Sorry to said that the television only contains Chinese channels from satellite but no ASTRO. To avoid boredom, you can bring your DVD's there because they have DVD players. If not, you also can bring Puzzle Games or Card Games to entertain yourselves.There are two bedrooms. One room have two double-decked beds and another one has a Queen-sized bed. SO you can fit the room from 6 persons until 12 persons in the bed. If there is more than that, some may need to sleep in the living room by adding extra bed for RM20. If you don't want to pay it, you can bring your own sleeping bag there. An advice for you. It is better to wear socks because it is really cold during the night and the floor is made of ceramics which is very cold.

Below the Chalets, there is a garden with various types of plants. The locals there grown their own vegetables as well as strawberries to get their income to feed their families. You can see the Mount Kinabalu clearly which is the tallest mountain in the South East Asia. This is a nice place to take a snap shot on this cascading mountain view.

This place is a highly recommended place for vacation to relax yourself. It is better to stay for 2 days to really feel the natural environment there.

Shangri La Tanjung Aru Resort TATU Restaurant

Shangri La Tanjung Aru Resort is a beautiful Five Star resort with a titled the biggest Family Concept Resort in South East Asia. It has five-star standard restaurants including the TATU Restaurant. This restaurant serves in Buffet style with many foods from various countries. You can taste the food almost like going to the whole world. Starting from Malaysia, to China, India, Italy, Midlle East until the United States. You can get into this experience by just only in this resort. You must go there to try out this well awarded restaurants. You can eat as many as you can by just RM100.

It serves western salads with many pickles as well as various types of chesses. There are seafood such as clamps and shrimps. The shrimps are all large until you can cover half of your face.

Every shrimps are very large which can covers Jonnerson's face.

I did not get the photos of the whole food since we were so hungry and stared to start eating during that time. I can tell you some of the food which this restaurant had served. There have Shushis, Malaysian Delight, Indian Massala, Chinese Dim Sums, Italian Pastas, Western BBQ Beef as well as French Grill Salmon.

There have Chocolate Fountains too! That is a enjoyable dining experience by dipping the chocolate with marshmallows and fruits.

Why is the purpose to dune there? You can guess it easily from your mind because it is near the April. That's right! My Birthday! We celebrated my birthday at this TATU restaurant. It is a worth taking and meaningful for my 21st Birthday. This is my first time to dine in a such grand place in my big day. I am really grateful for what I had.I got a present from them which is a jacket. I really like it! Thanks you guys!

There was a crazy thing we did on that time. Allan suddenly been mad and took the Sushi with full of Wasabi. He said that we should eat it if we all called as brothers. I was a bit shock and terrified when looking at it.

We as brothers really took this challenge to prove our relationships.

Here we go! Cheers! Guess what? Brian cannot stand it anymore and went to the toilet. Jonnerson chocked in the middle because of the "kick" from the Wasabi. Allan still okay but I finished the whole thing without any problem. That what a Japanese food professional eater gets from. I have bet the strong mild taste Wasabi!

Let me introduce my friends who ate with me.

First of all, meet Jonnerson. He is a backup singer in my church. He is a funny guy and good in study too.

The next one is Brian. He is the Bass Guitar player in my church. He likes boys groups especially Korean Groups. This is due to my infection. Sometimes I can hear "Kyunyhun" or "CNBLUE" from him every time.

Then the Penang guy, Allan. He just came here few months ago and we became closer because I am half Penangian and know how to speak Penang Hokkien.

They are my God-sisters, Nicole Lee and Nicole Tiu. Nicole Lee or everyone called her Nickie is a person who likes to make DIY things. She's quite creative in making things. Nicole Tiu is a good dancer because she's like a dance copy machine. She knows how to copy every dance movements in every dances.

The last one is my beloved mother. All of the guys call her "Mommy" and we just make it as friends but not mother-children relationships.

What we did was to be acting like grabbing the Chocolate Fountain Dippings just like the beggars grabbing a small bun. You can see that one person standing aside with a pity act. He wanted to try it but he cannot grab it with the aggressive beggars.After the dinner, we had a walk outside the restaurant. The poolside was full of spot lights and made the poolside became more beautiful. I have got some pictures taken with the brothers. This photo might be a bit awkward for us but it was a good funny memory to be keep.Most of the people celebrate their birthdays in the traditional way by blowing the candles on the cake. You must be boring to get the same thing over and over every year. To make a breakthrough on it, there are still many alternative ways to substitute it. Some using long sparkling fireworks as candles, some uses Durians and cupcakes in stead of cakes. We got a new way to make this celebration to be more merrier. First, each of everyone lift up your index finger and gather up with the others to make a "cake". Then the birthday boy or girl blows the fingers as the "candles". You can refer to the picture below to see how we made it. What a splendid idea!
Everyone got into the pose and made some "professional" photo shot just like the models. We all might said that "this better to be our group poster! " We got it great for the all shots but only a few are very good ones. Many locations in the resort can be take as the good place for a nice photo shoot. Night is different than the morning, In the morning we can take pictures at the beach but in the night we can stick to the beautiful spot lights everywhere inside the Resort.

This movie is talk about a man who had a unmeaning life. He doesn't know what is the purpose of living. He wanted to know who his family was. He was very frustrated and wanted to end up his own life. He had made suicides for many times in many ways buy still not succeeded. One time he was almost died but was saved halfway by the hospital. After he was awaken, he suddenly can see ghosts. There are four ghosts around him and followed him. The story has started to be interesting from this point.

After getting know what is happening, he get to the shaman and asked for help. The ghosts' final wishes needed to be accomplish by him so that he would able to kill himself again. The four ghosts consists of an pervert old man, a junk food little kid, a drunker middle-aged man and a crybaby woman. He had to let them to go into his body to accomplish the wishes. After one by one over, he found that life is meaningful and he wanted to live again. This charisma came out when he met a girl and wanted to spend his life with her.

Obstacles came in between him and the girl. He was disappointed and wanted to be alone again. He get rid away the ghosts and let himself to be alone again. For the last time he wanted to get suicide again and this time he decided to stop this when he saw the girl he love in his mind. After he made the confess to the girl, he suddenly recalled what had happened in his childhood. He realised that his memory had lost after a car accident. One by one he remembered all his family members. Now he knew that the ghosts that he faced before are his families, his grandfather, his brother, his father and his beloved mother. All had died in the car accident. Their unfinished wishes were purposely for him. All what he did for them were toward himself. Then he finally knew his family members and wanted them back. After the ghosts came back, he finally get reunited with his family again.

This story is really touching although it is a comedy. This movie had made me cried and I was very touched. It teaches me to appreciate the person around me especially my family. Some people had no family at all in this society, so we need to treasure the moments with the people we love before we get regret. Love your family!

My 21st Birthday Present

Yesterday was my Birthday and I'm 21 now. This time my present are all quite expensive one. Thanks to my closest friends, Nicole Tiu, Nicole Lee, Carol, Brian and Jonnerson. I really thank you for the present. I really appreciate it! They gave me a Camel Jacket. It is very cool with the buttons. Thanks you guys!

My mom gave me two items. One of it is the Zero X Sunglasses. Before that, I was using the cheap one without the UV protection. I have been longing for a real Sunglasses with UV rays because it is important to protect my eyes. My mom gave me this and it cost RM200+.
Another one is this Levi's Bag. I am also waited a bag for so long because I need a bag to put some things like bottles, Bibles wallets and sometimes I can bring it to the school. This bag is also costs almost RM300. Thanks Mom!

The last one is a leather shoes. My previous lather shoes has been thorn out and would not able to wear it already. So, my Dad bought me a Hush Puppies Leather Shoes. This brand is very famous with it's comfortability.It also cost RM200+. So I really like it very much! Now I can wear it to Church and for my Presentation. Thanks Dad!

I have not been received a such expensive present. Especially for a special person who had gave me such a special present. I really appreciate it!

April Fool? Not Anymore.

It's April already? It seems the time flies very fast. April for me was a interesting month for me during my secondary school times. April....the first mind came out by most of the people's mind is APRIL FOOLS DAY. Many people making fool around by making pranks among themselves. After making fool to the person, there is a magic word which must to say "APRIL FOOL!".

I enjoyed many pranks during my school times but now the feeling had gone since I entered into the college.Not because of the people who are not playing on it but the month of April is the exam month for our college. That's why we didn't have any feel on this special day.

I had heard a lot from my friends about their prank experiences. Compared to mine, I am not as crazy enough as them. One of my friend called Nicole, she had an unforgeable April Fools day during her school days. Her whole Form Five students had made a deal of changing the whole class each other without the teacher knew. When the teacher went to the class, she felt the class was different and wondering whether she got into the wrong class or not. The whole class asked the teacher to continue teaching. Then the teacher really gave the teaching. The whole other classes did so. When the teacher calling out the names, then the teacher realised that the students are different. The the whole Form Five shouted APRIL FOOL!

Now, April will not be a very interesting event for me anymore. Life had changed with the environment. No more April Fool for me I think? Perhaps...

April...It is also the day where I was born.

Every year of my birthdays were normal celebrated. I'm not the person who love in the crowds. I like the get into small group with my closest friends. What I am anticipating for this year? Nope. I just want to have a nice normal birthday celebration but my mom just want to have a big party for me because it's my 21st birthday. I refused to do so and I'm just wanted to have with my best friends. Luckily what I heard that there is a friend who wants me to celebrate in a special location. I'm not going to tell you now until the time has come. LOL.

What else will happen during April? Oh! Easter Day. This is good day because it is my college's break what we called Easter Break after the exams. Why the western called it as Easter? What is the use for the egg? Isn't rebirth? That particular event is not meaningful to me. The true meaning of that day is the day in remembrance of Jesus Christ. Actually we didn't called it Easter Day but Good Friday.

This day we need to be very thankful that Jesus had died for us in order to save us. That week will be the prayer week and I'll be going to get busy on that time.

During the holidays, my family will have a trip to Kundasang's Phillip Garden Chalets with Carol's family again. This time will be 3 days 2 nights. It will be very fun! Can't wait for the day to come! To find out more on the place, you can click the link above to find out more.

Hey there! I'm very sorry for not writing my blog for long long time~ Review from my last post, I've been studying for my 2nd semester of my Accounting Program and was having my exam just after few week returning from Sandakan. After that, I've been almost totally ignored to online because I was preparing renovate my house for the Chinese New Year. After the Chinese New Yea, my results came out and I was satisfied on it. Now having my third semester which is the short-sem. This time I am very rushed on the homework and assignments. It's like the work gradually increasing like a mountain and almost can't have a rest to take a breathe. But now it's going alright and keeping into the pace. Just after few weeks I'll having my examination and go into my last semester of my Diploma Course. I heard that after this 3rd semester, it'll be gonna very hard than the previous one. But I'm still put my faith in God to bless me and give me wisdom to go through this difficult pathway. By the grace of God I hope that I'll be finish my courses and manage to go to Kuala Lumpur for Advance Diploma. Now I'm still hopping that I might get a better result in this semester.

Sandakan and Lahad Datu Trip

It was few weeks ago where my family and I went to Sandakan for a trip before to Lahad Datu for my cousin's wedding. I had never been to Sandakan before and this time I took this opportunity to take a look how is Sandakan looks like. My college friends said that there are many delicious food there and they recommended many places for me. My dad let my to drove there. This is my first time to take long-distant drive and it took about 6 hours. My first time experience is a bit nervous and tiring sitting on the car sit for long hours, suffering. When we arrived there, we went to the town. It looks a bit like Hong Kong and that's why the local called it "Little Hong Kong". Not only that buildings, the citizens most were descends of Hong Kong people. So, most of them speaks Cantonese.

When we sat our feet in Hotel, we went to Ocean King for dinner. This place is required by my mom because she had tried the seafood before. It's located in the road after Batu Sapi.
This restaurant rare fish.

We ordered Salted Egg Squid
Lai Liu HarKam Heong CrabIt cost cheap or KKians but it is expensive for the local. We can consider it as Ocean King in Kota Kinabalu. But the seafood is really delicious and recommended to go to this restaurant. Next time I will try to go to Sim-Sim where my Sandakan friends always go because it is more cheap than this.The next day, we went to Mile 4's market to had our breakfast.We ordered Tang Gung Mian which is hand made noodle. It is the famous dish in Sandakan and it is the favourite for local. Honestly speaking that it is not very suitable to KKian's taste but because the noodle is hard and chewy. The locals like it maybe because they have been eaten this since they were little. Anyway, if you come to Sandakan, you have to try this!Besides, there is also sells UFO Tart or 牛屎塔(Cow Dough Tart) because of it's looks. This tart is the best sell in Sandakan because it would be sold out in short time only in the morning. If you come to Sandakan, you must to try this!After that, we went to Labuk to see Proboscis Monkey. Along the road, I can see many round-about decorated with icons. I can see clock tower...

It took about 1 hour journey to arrive there. The entrance fee is RM15 and RM10 extra for camera. The divided into two platform which are Platform A and Platform B. We go for the platform according to the time of feeding the monkey. It was 11.30am and it is the feeding time for the monkeys in Platform B.
We can see other animals despite from Proboscis Monkey such as White Hornbril Bird and Silver Monkey.
The special of the Silver Monkey is the baby monkey is golden in colour until it reaches few months.
This is the time where the Proboscis Monkey gather and eat their favourite-Pan Cake.

It began with a story when a worker prepared Pan Cake as breakfast. He went out for a while to do something and left it on the table. After he came back, he found that the Pan Cake was disappear. Then he tried second time to figure out who got the Pan Cake and he caught that it was the Proboscis Monkey took it. After this incident, the sanctuary started to feed them with Pan Cakes.
After the monkey visit, we went back to Mile 4 Bandar Indah to have lunch. We spotted 老细茶餐厅 or The Boss Restaurant because it's name attracted me.

Inside was full of toys decorated the place. In addition, it makes the environment better with Christmas decoration.

They provide local food and a bit of fusion. We looked at the menu and we ordered Salted Egg Plant with rice.Jian Nan Mee which ia the deep fried noodle with sauce.Luo Mian which is noodle with sour soup.
Last but not least Ice Kacang as desert.Overall the food was delicious and the price is very cheap with average RM7. Not like Kota Kinabalu, the food cost about RM10 in such similar place.
After filled the stomach, we looked on the Tourism Catalog to see whether there is tourism destination to visit. We found a nearby Agnes Kieth uphill a mountain. It was a house of a British Resident during the Colony Period and now it became a British-style Cafe. They served their famous English High Tea worth RM18 with Scone and Cakes with Tea. It is cheap compare to my place but we were still full at that time.

The garden is beautiful and we can see the Sandakan town as well as sea view from there.
Next, we went to visit 200 year-old St. Michele church. I really amazed on the beauty and the architecture of the church. We were no able to visit the church because the office was closed.
I kept asking my friend about where to eat delicious food for dinner and they said there is a Bak Kut Teh shop at Batu Sapi which is very famous. Due to my friends' information given, we finally found the shop.
It serve different from my place because it is Seafood Bak Kut Teh as popular dish. Bak Kut Teh is a herb broth with dark sauce and pork. Usually we eat the pork's belly, meat and it's organs but here they served with seafood. Lai Mang fish is the a must to try because the meat is smooth and sweet. The broth has a choice of original, mild or spicy but the spicy one is the most recommended.
The last day at Sandakan. We went to a Fish Mee shop at Pak Tak near the Airport road. The place was a bit hard until I called my friend to tell me the way to go there but finally we still managed to get there.
We wanted to order the famous fish noodle but it has been sold out. So we ordered Lou Shu Fan.

At noon, we decided to go back to The Boss restaurant again before to Lahad Datu.
Forgot to tell you that the staircase is decorated with collection of display cars. I like how they display.
This time, we ordered two different set lunch with a Christmas gift. One is Fried Prawn Balls and the other is Fried Boneless Chicken Wing.
Before we depart, we got to the market to buy some snacks for our journey.

Pancake or Kap Piang for only RM0.60.

We stopped by at the Sandakan Memorial Park to have a look before say goodbye to the Green City Sandakan.

It is a place of Memorial of the British and Australian soldiers who had sacrificed during the World War II. For more information, you can refer to this link "Sandakan Memorial Park"

We have to appreciate what they had sacrifice for our land. We remember them always.

The journey to Lahad Datu took less than 3 hours by car and this time it's my dad's turn to drive. When we arrived there, it was almost night. We gathered at my Aunt's house to wait the other relatives to arrive. Then we went to the Hotel Le Deon for stay. The room is very nice and luxurious. It is the newest Hotel in Lahad Datu as well as the best Hotel in Lahad Datu.

On the next day, we went back to my Aunt's house to decorate the house before the wedding.

After the wedding, we went back to Kota Kinabalu on the next day. It took 8 hours from Lahad Datu and Kota Kinabalu. We were very tired when we back home. I can't forget my food trip at Sandakan. actually I have not been to all the foods but I will try all of them when I go back there again. It was a enjoyable trip for me!

Kundasang Trip With Schoolmates

Sorry that I posted this photos late because I was busying on my assignments and tests. Now bring my little leasure time to post and share my experience on this trip. It was last few weeks on 13th November we had a overnight trip to Kundasang with my College friends. It was organised by the Christian Fellowship and it was first time to had this event. We altogether 20 people including two lecturers gathered at college and departed on 9am.We played cards during the trip. Not only poker cards, we also played UNO. LOL.

At about afternoon, we arrived at the place where we stayed. It was a Roman Catholic Church Retreat Center near at Buntu Tuhan nearby the Mount Kinabalu National Park. After we finished our lunch, we began our first activity which is to go to the Kinabalu Poring National Park.

We found a hut with a pond to get into the hot spring water but the pond had leaked and there is no other place because it was full of people. Then we changed our plan to go to the Kipungit Waterfall. It took five minuted to reach there.

The water was very cold and we all chilled like in the ice water but it was really fun!

After the waterfall, we tried to go back to the hot spring and get some hot water. Luckily we found a nice place and we immediately got into the pond and "simmered" into the hot water and chat. We really got into it for a long time and we really almost forgot out time.

After the poring, we went back to the Retreat Center exhausted and got a rest. Then, we got a dinner before our fellowship which is the part I like the most.

Before it starts, we played some ice breaker and praise and worship.

Surprisingly, Mr Muada presented a Malay Christian song for us with guitar. We were all amazed on his performance.

Sharing time! We were talking about what we afraid the most. Most of them said exams, future and so on but Mr Muada shared his encouraging sharing. He said that he really afraid that the people not able to know Jesus at all until the coming of Jesus. We really felt motivated that we should appreciate our life and be thankful that we know God and God is still be with us always.

After fellowship, we played some tragedy games which is related to Mafia with cards. It was interesting and fun. We played outside the cold place until the midnight.

The next day, I woke a bit late but i managed to get some nice photos. This is there I stay.

I like this picture because it gives me the Jurassic feel during the time of Dinosaurs.

We packed our things and check out. Before we leave, we made a parody on the famous game called "Left 4 Death". The rifle is replaced with the baseball stick.

Then, we went to the Perkasa Hotel to take photos because the place is nice.

God called Moses to bring the Israelites to go to the promised land.

Later on, we went to the Kundasang War Memorial as our last activity on our trip.

Overall, I really enjoyed the trip very much and we really get more closer in relationship as college schoolmates. I hope that this meaningful trip will make again next year because it is really fun. Perhaps climb the Mount Kinabalu?

Don't Drink And Die!

I have read an article from a magazine about the harm of drinking too much of water. It is a serious matter which we barely to take it as precaution on it. The world was shock when a news when a 28-year old woman in California died from drinking too much water. Her body was found in her home shortly after she took part in a water-drinking contest that was sponsored by a local radio show that promised a new game console (brand name withheld for obvious reason, but it rhymes with the slang pee). Fact remains that it sound illogically suicidal to down 2 gallons of water and hold it in for the longest period of time just t win the game.

Too much water can quickly deplete electrolytes, rapid water intake floods the inside of cells to rupture. As cells rupture in various parts of the body, certain symptoms emerge in rapidity. Severe vomiting, nausea and impaired breathing are common while headache may occur as the brain swells, resulting in confusion or disorientation. Eventually as situation worsens, seizures and then coma eventually set in.So what is a safe drinking level? Every day you lose water through breathing, perspiring, urinating and defecating. For your body to function properly, lost water should be replenished by consuming beverages and foods that contain water. In general, doctors recommended 8 or 9 glasses per day, though this rule is now heavily questioned as people differ variably in terms of lifestyle, for example, your physiological need.

So, we need to drink water as much as 8 classes per day but not over drink it. Take care of your body and be wisely when consuming drinks.

Wearing Formal in College

Since before, the students were free to wear casual in the college. We no need to wear formal shirts except we have presentation on that time. Not until the first day of this month, we are urged to wear formal in the campus every Monday with name tags with Student ID. This matter happens due to the effects by some of the group who wears too simple and impolitely. Most of them wear shorts and sneakers walking around the college. It's like wearing your home clothes, take the college as home and hanging around. That is really humiliating! For girls, some wear tight singlet until the "drain" can be seen as well as the mini jeans. Does it shows the identity of a student? Many citizens had made their complain to the administrator about this issue and the authority of the college had made such decision. During the first Monday of November, I wore my favorite Padini Shirt and Paul Smith Trousers just like preparing to go for work. I felt it's hilarious at once until I reached my college. It shows a good impression for me when all the students of TAR College wears formal on that time. Even I agreed on this statement. It looks clean and neat when I first see the whole students altogether. The lecturers were also glad on it. At first, I was not happy to wearing formal on every Monday but after I saw the results after that day, I changed my mind. I totally agree on it. It shows a image of our identity to the social life and show to the public that we are a responsible person. If we wear too simple, it shows the unresponsive character to other person and it may effect our future life.

Therefore, we still need to keep our identity in a good position as well as to mind our manner every time in our daily life.

Boston Restaurant

Recently, there is a new restaurant just opened at the Capital Plaza which is located beside Karamunsing Shopping Complex. It is also located in front of Fu Yuan Cafe. It has two lots of shops which divided into two sections open air section and the other one as air-conditional section.They served Chinese food, Malay Food, Western food as well as snacks which the prices are affordable. The price slightly similar as the Upper Star but they both serve different food.
We can see a set of Mahjong on the table. Quite creative.
I ordered Iced Blended Yam Coffee. It has a fully yam taste but still maintain the coffee 'kick' smell. It is recommended drink and it is nice. The price is about RM6.
This is the Fried Brinjal Corn Rice for about RM10. It is very delicious but need to beware that this dish is very spicy. If you not on very spicy food, you may ask them to make it less spicy.
The Chicken Rendang Corn Rice is highly recommended dish with a bit sour and a bit spicy taste. Not forget that both dishes is served with pickled vegetables.

A New Begining

It's my second semester now for my Diploma in Accounting at TARCollege. It had been four months of struggle in my assignments, exercises and concentration on exams as well as presentation. Although it is a bit though, but I'm still able to handle it and enjoy the process. During presentation, I found that I am the one who could able to speak in front of crowd compared others in my class. But it need more practice to achieve to become a good presenter. After my hard work of revising on my exam, I really thankful that I managed to bear a good fruit as result. After three weeks of boring semester break, I went to the college website and checked my result. I've been in a cool attitude to see my results but still I could not able to control my felling. It was stunning! I looked for a few times. Even I asked my mom to check for me again whether I am right. Fortunately, I got 3A's and 2B's with CGPA 3.5! It was unbelievable for a fora person who had no any accounting background like me! It's a very good results for me as I was thinking a fair pass so that I no need to repeat my subjects again. Thank God for that!

Now, it's my second semester to start. New subjects, new teachers and new challenges. The assignments are more and more challenging and I hope that I can score it! There are four subjects to take, Fundamentals in Accounting, Introduction in Organisation and Management, Informative System and English communication. Besides that, I also have Pidato which is Public Speaking as my curriculum. Accounting is getting harder than the previous one because it is hard to understand. I need more practice and reading to master it. Informative System is an interesting course because it is the study of IT. English Communication does not make any differences because it's still the English studies. Subsequently, the Pidato is quite fun because we are able to train ourselves to improve our presentation and speaking. It's in Bahasa Malaysia (which I do not understand why they fix in this language) with some activities such as individual public speaking, group forum, and so on. So, my this semester is getting more challenging and fun but stressful. Hopefully I could peacefully go through this four months and keep my good results on. That's for all that I have. Bye!

Philip Garden Chalet Mesilau

We went there for a night last Thursday. Carol's family and my family are close so we go for trip very often.This time, we went to a place called Philip Garden Chalet and it is located up hill of Mesilau. The place is very cold and quite. Suitable for relaxing.We went there at morning with two cars while Carol followed my car. We went to Tamparuli to have breakfast before we go there.Here's the Philip Garden Chalet.

We had instant noodle as our lunch when we arrived.

There is two rooms to stay.
One with doubled-bed and one with Queen-sized bed.

There is a fully furnished living room and kitchen as well.

Then we took pictures there. It is full of flowers. Beautiful!

It's cold there until Carol's Mi Mi need clothes to wear.

This time my trip became more relaxing than the previous one because it is during holiday and my exam is over.
Compared to the Pine Resort on the last post, this Resort is much more better.
I would like to go there again not to stay a day but two!

Kundasang Trip Within Exam Week

It was still my exam week when I went to the Kundasang for a night with my friends last Monday. Andy's family invited us including Jason, Ah Kai, Kien Kien and Alice. We departed at about 2.30PM and arrived at 5PM. It's a bit cold when we were on the way there.We arrived Pine Resort at about 5PM.We stayed at this room.
Andy's family stayed here.
Then we had Barbecue for dinner.

After that, we went to the botany garden to have some rest while taking pictures before get into the Karaoke room.

It's 11PM and we still playing around and talking over midnight. Some did not sleep as well either I did not have a good rest.
I woke up at 5.30PM to see the sun rise. Kien Kien followed me as well.This is the view of the Mount Kinabalu during dawn.
We went up to the highest hill to wait for the sun rise.
The mountain looks beautiful with a slight shine from the sun rise.
Then, we had our free breakfast by provided by the resort.
After breakfast, we took some pictures before we check out.
Later on, we went to Mesilau to enjoy the nature of rain forest environment

I like this view...it's similar with the western country.

It's 1Pm and we went to the Desa Milk farm to experience the process of the milk production.
Here's the place where the milk is collected by the cow.
The machine sucks the milk from the cow's breast.
The milk is collected into a container and ready to be purified as edible milk.
The box is opened and ready to be filled.
The milk fills the box.
The box is gathered and ready to be delivered to all the parts of Sabah.
We went back home at about 6PM. I was very exhausted because of not enough of sleep. After a good sleep, I had to continue my studies on my exam.(It ended on last Saturday)

Love In Disguise 《恋爱通告》

I went to watch a Chinese movie called "Love In Disguise" or 《恋爱通告》 directed and played by Wang Lee Hom or 王力宏. He is a singer and he sings well with his talented voice. He is also a talented musician which can play many music instruments and a talented composer. He directed and act this movie by his own and it is amazing and astonishing.This movie is about a man who was a singer and he bumped up a girl in sudden and he was attracted by the sound of Gu Zhen(古筝) played by her. He disguised himself without everyone knowing he is the singer in order to get know to this girl. He went to the university and met her in the Chinese Classical Music class. The fire spark begins between two of them and finally they became a true lover. For more detail, please watch this movie...hehe....but you can watch the trailer to know a bit more on it.

Overall the movie was awesome!!! It really stunned me when he had a scene which he performed a part with Er Hu(二胡) in different types of patterns such as Blues, Jazz and even Hip Hop in this movie. He also included all his latest album songs into this movie. So, you must watch it!!

One more thing is the theme song sing by him is very nice and touching. His voice is so attracting and tempting. I really recommend this song to you all to listen. Cheers!!

Role Play

Last weekend, there was a pastor from Kuala Lumpur came to our church to preach. He talked about the hands of God. God's hand can resist a person to do a thing which I unpleasant by God. Just like King Saul, he did not listen to God whom asked him to kill all the livings include animals but he keeps it for sacrifice. Then, God took off his throne away from him. God's hand can also resist those who are resist the man of God's work. Besides, God's hand can also bless the people.
So, I wanted to become the blessed one by God. But I need to love God more and always ask the Holly Spirit to fill in me and guide me always. To be a wise man is the best way to become a blessed one. If we are wise, we can do anything more of our thoughts. Then the blessing will come.

Monday, I was sick with stomach ace when I woke up. I could not go to the college but just resting at my home. I wanted to have practice with my partner for the English Role Play Assignment which is held on the next day. I was very worried about that role play because we did not have a actual practice with him. Since I was sick, I have to do the last minute practice with him on the role play day.

The next day which is the day we have our role play. We did our last practice and have a preparation for it. When the role play started group by group, finally it our turn. Thank God we did it well and I satisfied it. Teacher gave a good comment on it. I'll post up the video someday because for now I'm still not yet received the video from my friend.

I have been admiring a Korean boy who are very good in acoustic finger-style guitar solo. His name is Sung Ha Jung 송핟중. He have a channel in Youtube with many posts of songs which he played by himself. I introduce you his latest song which is composed by himself. It is very nice and I love it!

Final Exam is Round the Corner

It's my first semester of my Diploma and my first time to have an actual exam for my commerce course. It'll be a challenge for me because I've not ever taken Accounting course. My lecturer always said:"You have to use your ten thousand hours of effort to study, revise and do exercise so that you'll score". Although I did some effort but it's not enough "ten thousand hours" for me to use. I am tempting to have activities at church almost every night. After I came back, I spent my nighttime doing my homework until the midnight. If I add more my study and revision time into my time, I would not have any time to sleep. Recently our assignment and lectures are done and we're focusing for our study and revise to prepare for our exam.

The day I get my exam timetable, I was unhappy that there is exam on Sunday! I would have a good mood on this day for exam. But one thing, my friend asked me out for a overnight trip to Kundasang. I was worried the day is my exam day which is on 30th August. Thank God that I no need to go for exam on that day because I don't take Bahasa Malaysia. Bad news is my most important course will be held two days after my trip. So after that trip, I have to fully focus on my Accounting course so that I would pass and get as higher marks. I really do not want to fail any courses and repeat for any exams.

My exam starts at 23rd August and I wish that I could prepare myself well.

I'm Back!

It's been two months that I haven't gone to me blog. Now I'm back with a new blog design and templates, bringing a refresh to become a new me! I was busying for my study in my college. You can see that my last post was about the time I started my first semester. Now my feeling of blogging is back! Although my final exam is around the corner but I'm still take this time to put my expressions on it.

Being in college life is a fun and new thing for me but I'm enjoy it very much. Some of the subjects that I can catch up except the Accounting. But, I put my effort on it and I believe that I can pass it. Course work is a good thing because it can build the team-work between group members. Other than that, presentation could also improve communication skills and improve boldness. I learn a lot there.

Subsequently, I was fearful that I would not pass my exam because it is my first time for having exam on my commerce courses. Stress automatically came to me when I was thinking about exam and assignments.

So, I need to put my ten thousand effort on my course so that I can pass and score as much as I can in this semester. I'll try to blog again soon as long as my passion is still present. May God bless me!

What A Long Period To Comback!

It's been a month for me to comeback since I started my College Studies. I've been chosen TAR College or Tunku Abdul Rahman College to continue my studies. Studying Diploma in Accounting is a new thing for me when the school starts. During the orientation week, I met a lot of new friends there and also some of my All Saints Junior whom are graduated from Form 5. I can see that most of my classmates are younger than me and I'm feel a bit embarrass of it. It's okay, I feel more younger with them. Ha ha.

At this first semester, I have five courses to study like Accounting, Microeconomics, Quantitative Studies, English and Hubungan Etnik. Among those courses, only the Hubungan Etnik is in Malay language. It is about public relation between ethnics. Quantitative Studies or QS is a further studies of Mathematics which can be said it has a bit of component from my Form 6 studies. So it won't be any problem on it.
Accounting Studies and Microeconomics are interesting for me because it is about the real life around us and it is logic. I have to put a one million effort to overcome it. Hopefully I could get a good impression marks for this first semester.

English class is not a burden for me because the standard is not as high as I have been trough in my Form 6. The lecturer is so talkative and funny. So, I enjoy it very much.

Overall, it is a more release kind of studies compared to my hell-kind of studies during my Form 6. It is more relax but still need to get prepared for studies. Personally, I like tutorial more than lecture because I can understand more by asking questions during tutorial. Lecture just like sitting there among 100 students and listen to lecturer at front. It feels uncomfortable and unable to concentrate better.

Assignments just like a fun project for me and I'm lucky to have a suitable group because all are co-operative and willing to work together. Though, I need to score it in order to get high marks in my exams.

Test is coming soon and the due date of the assignments are around the corner. Hope I can get good marks to set a stably foundation.

It was last Saturday and we went to 1Borneo to have a look on a PC Fair. I was searching for a new mouse for my laptop-to-be as well as my PC because my PC's mouse was old which was a roller mouse. It slowed the cursor on my computer, so I was going to buy a new one. I bought two Sensonic mouses for my laptop and my PC respectively. It it really good and smooth.

After that, we went to Old Town to had our lunch.

Andy ordered Java Mee with Kopi O' which is also named Black Coffee.While I ordered Old Town Iced White CoffeeWe walked around after our lunch and stopped at Secret Recipe to have a snack.

Yesterday was a birthday party of Me, Brian and Adrian. We celebrate it together because our birthday stays on April and we decided to celebrate it together. Adrian and My birthday are in the same day which is 14 April while Brian's falls on 20 April. We had our party at a steamboat shop behind our church near Lintas there. We invited 24 people come to our party.

Yesterday My family and I went to a seafood restaurant called 风铃 or Windbell located at Tanjung Aru. They sell seafood especially seafood steamboat. The price there is really reasonable with RM25.00 per person with full of seafood dishes in buffet style. They provided different kinds of soup such as Chicken, Tom Yam, Herbal and Curry. The food is delicious and the service is really good! The most important is there is air-conditional. It is a good place to recommend and you all must try that!

We ordered Chicken and Tom Yam soup.
Lots of Shrimps and Crabs are there...Yum!
